ICC Certified Inspections

The ICC is nationally recognized by virtually all municipal, county and state government agencies as the standard for building codes and enforcement. All PSI Inspectors ensure compliance with building codes and property maintenance.

Our ICC Certified Inspectors will detect structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing code violations or other building related code and ordinance violations. We inspect projects during construction, alteration or repair to ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances and regulations.

PSI property maintenance and housing inspectors examine properties to ensure they have adequate sanitation and drainage systems. We also survey the condition of the surrounding land to find potential problems, and check for possible nuisances such as termites and rodents. In addition to the land, inspectors ensure that the structure of the building is sound and that all systems -- including mechanical, plumbing, heating and cooling and electrical -- function properly. In addition, our housing inspectors must verify that all alarm systems comply with local codes.

After conducting inspections, our ICC Inspectors write up detailed reports and explain their findings.
